When one often dreams about far off places, it is of beautiful cities in Europe or eating delicious Pho noodles in Vietnam, but one doesn't have to look too far. I think we often tend to forget about the places we've never been to in our home countries. I have been reeling with nerves to get out of Korea to have a getaway, but I forgot about all the places I have yet to go to here. I was left awestruck looking at places only a few hours or more away from here - no need for long waiting lines and bumpy plane rides. With the cooling weather and travel bugs, what will I do next? CNN has an incredible list of 50 Beautiful Places to Visit in South Korea and I will use it as a mini-guide. The places that really caught my attention were the more natural settings and those deep in tradition. What will I do next? Hike up a mountain to a Buddhist temple, stroll along the beaches, or get lost in a new city at night?
